Maca Bana villas are set in two acres of tropical gardens, in the south of Grenada, next to the one mile long, white sand Magazine Beach. From their hillside position, there are stunning views over the Caribbean Sea. The capital, St George’s is a 15 minute drive away, Grand Anse Beach, 5 minutes and Port Salines Airport, 2 minutes. From the villas' decks, the Aquarium restaurant and bar on the beach are a one minute walk away.
There are five deluxe villas, which can sleep between 1 – 4 people, and 2 one bedroom villas, sleeping 1 – 2 people. All are individually and artistically decorated and furnished, giving each a distinctive personality. The deluxe villas, named Pineapple, Mango, Avocado, Coconut and Cherry, each have two air conditioned bedrooms, a master bedroom with 4-poster king-size bed and a second bedroom with twin queen-size beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms, writing desks, safes and ceiling fans. The one bedroom villas, Paw Paw and Rock Fig have an air conditioned bedroom with 4-poster king-size bed, and also a writing desk, safe, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom..
Further amenities common to all the villas include direct-dial telephones, cable TV, CD player with stereo surround-sound system and wi-fi internet access. The windows are all mosquito screened. The kitchens are very well equipped, including a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and blender. All are fitted with wooden units and have a central island with hob and breakfast bar. Sliding doors open from the living areas to spacious wooden decks with outdoor dining areas and private hot tubs, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the wonderful views.
Within the landscaped tropical gardens is an infinity-edge swimming pool, overlooking the beach and a central rock waterfall feature with a terrapin pond. Maca Bana offers more than sun and sand, and private art and cookery lessons can be arranged, as well as spa treatments in your villa. Also, right on the beach, there are facilities for kayaking and snorkelling.
